Bernie is a geologist with over 30 years’ experience in the gold mining industry with his most recent role as General Manager of Business Development and Technical Services for ASX listed Company Northern Star Resources. During that time he was responsible for growing the Company and teaming to acquire four new mines. Prior to this, Bernie was Director of Resource and Reserve Strategy for Barrick Gold Corporation. His experience includes mine geology, resource estimations, exploration, mine planning and operations management.

Ray holds degrees in both accounting and finance and an MBA specializing in international business. He is a Fellow member of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and has over 30 years experience in a variety of sectors including mining, manufacturing, banking, and oil and gas. Currently, Ray is the CFO and Company Secretary of Hanking Gold Mining, and prior to this he was the CFO at Northern Star Resources. Various other roles have included senior management positions with St. Barbara, Kerr McGee (USA) / Tronox and Bankwest.
Michael is a mining engineer with over 30 years experience in mining operations and projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Tanzania. As former Managing Director of Somincor, Michael was responsible for the Neves-Corvo and Aguablanca Mines in Portugal and Spain respectively. Prior roles also include, General Manager Operations at the Ok Tedi Mine in Papua New Guinea, COO for Citadel Resources during the development of the Jabal Sayid deposit in Saudi Arabia, General Manager – Australian Operations for Barrick Australia with responsibility for five mines and General Manager of Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia. Michael is presently the General Manager of the Caijiaying Zinc/Gold Mine (Hebei Province, China) at Huaao Mining Industry Company.

Mr. Krusemark is a Mine Engineer and Project Professional with formal education and training enhanced by 21 years of advanced planning in mining and field duty. Ron has extensive engineering, operational and project experience in both open pit and underground hard rock mining, engineering and management in the Silver Valley, including extended terms at the Galena, Lucky Friday and Sunshine Mines. Mr. Krusemark has a proven track record of success in delivering multi-million dollar, owner-operated projects. Mr. Krusemark graduated with a BS in Mining Engineering from the Montana School of Mines, is a certified instructor of Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and has participated in mine rescue programs and mine recovery efforts.
